Guidelines for advertisers interested in reaching
BoomTribe's visitors and members:
General Guidelines
Banner advertising rates are priced per month and vary
based on property, targeted placement and quantity of
page views per month.
- Recognized agencies receive net rates - a 15%
discount on the gross rate. All rates listed are
gross.
- All insertion orders are subject to BoomTribe's
Standard Terms and Conditions for Advertising.
- BoomTribe reserves the right to modify rates at
any time.
- The minimum advertising buy is US $50.00.
- Rates vary based on volume of monthly page views
required.
- Rates are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Creative Guidelines
It is
important that ad materials meet the design requirements
specified below in order to avoid delay of placement on
BoomTribe.com:
- Advertisements cannot mislead the user. For
example, BoomTribe.com will not accept
advertisements that look or act like Windows
dialogue boxes or error messages.
- Advertisements cannot look like BoomTribe
content.
- Advertisements cannot contain pictures or images
of minors or those who appear to be minors, or words
describing individuals as such.
BoomTribe reserves the right to review, request
modifications to, or reject any advertisement, at any
time, at its sole discretion. For any queries regarding

Submission Guidelines
- To obtain a price quote or place an advertising
order, contact the Director of Interactive Services at (246)
826-6671 or by email at advertising at
boomtribe.com or by
clicking here.
- All advertising on BoomTribe.com begins with a
signed Insertion Order and a Standard Terms and
Conditions sheet.
- New advertisers should submit a signed Insertion
Order, Standard Terms and Conditions, graphics,
alternate text description, and URL's before the
deadlines stated below.
- A maximum of six (6) pieces of creative may run
at a time per BoomTribe.com insertion order. One
piece of creative consists of one banner and its
linking URL.
- Scheduling changes, new target URL's, and/or new
graphics should be submitted at least four (3)
working days prior to effective date.
- All advertisements will be reviewed by BoomTribe
and are subject to approval by BoomTribe before
placement on-site. We reserve the right to reject
any Insertion Order, graphic, text description or
URL.
Deadlines
- Banners: 3 Days
- Side Bar Ads: 14 Days
- Rich Media: 5 Days
- Special Promotions: 21 Days

Please
send creative to

message, please provide the following:

of enclosed ads

appropriate file name and suffix, i.e. name.gif for each
ad

appropriate URL for ad link

contact person in case of image problem
