BoomTribe will cover parties, fetes, carnivals and
limes within the global Caribbean community. Picture
taking will require permission from the event
promoter(s). A service fee per event will be negotiated
before hand.
Photographers should aim to take between 150-300
pictures per event. Pictures should be diverse and
adequately reflecting the event. Photographers should
maintain a certain level of decency (no porn) and all
photos will be reviewed before making it to the gallery.
A good mix of "action shots" and "posed shots" is
critical. Care should also be taken to capture the
sponsors' branding at the events, including taking
pictures with product placed in the shot where possible.
Copyright is shared between BoomTribe and the
photographer, while the photographer owns shared
copyrights on images for self promotion. Pictures will
be the property of the BoomTribe and the photographer
for use on the Web by BoomTribe.com. For any other use,
we will seek to obtain permission and the photographer's
credits will appear next to the pictures.
Photos should be submitted on CD-ROM or uploaded to
the web server using the FTP information supplied. |
