BoomTribe.com, the official website of BoomTribe, is a youth-oriented portal website featuring music and entertainment content targeted at Caribbean people. The site features frequently updated content and rich interactive features including forums, webmail and private messaging that are fully integrated to provide an unparalelled Web experience. It is made up of six “channels” featuring Caribbean Music & Artistes, Parties and Award-Winning DJs, Mobile Phone Content and Services, Television Shows & Specials, Message Boards & Weblogs and Online Shopping.

Job Description: Take at least 100 photos of Carnival events, fetes and concerts, producing photos of Caribbean people and culture that will attract traffic to BoomTribe.com and increase page views. A big part of the BoomTribe experience is allowing Caribbean people to 'see themselves', and th photographers are an integral part of that.

The target market for the photo galleries is an uptown / middle to upper class crowd. Sixth form students, University students and young professionals. Expect to be assigned to cover novel events (i.e. not an ordinary club night) which will be well patronized by our target market.

This is a freelance opportunity. We pay a set rate per assignment, with payment at the end of each month for the total galleries taken in the same month.
