Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we include an out-of-stock notification card when we ship your order and alert you in your shipping notification email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill.
