All the items that you have in your shopping
cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not
want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping
cart first. When you click "Submit Order" we verify your
credit card. Your order will not be placed and
your credit card will not be charged if you do not click
"Submit Order"
Paypal & 2Checkout
BoomTribe accepts all major credit
cards via Paypal and items can also be purchased from
2Checkout. Accepted credit cards include:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please
check to ensure you entered the correct card number and
expiration date, and that the billing name and address
you entered match your credit card statement exactly.
Please refer to your credit card company if the problem
persists.
Text Messaging
We have developed our own text
message-based payment system, to allow users who do not
have credit cards to purchase items online. When
ordering an item, simply text the order code to the
number specified on the SMS Payment page.
Depending on your country, you may
need to purchase a Prepaid Code before you can make a
purchase. These codes are available for purchase at many
cell phone stores in the region and at a number of
electronic card providers, as indicated on the SMS
Payment Page.
If you have an adequate balance,
your text message request is processed as required, and
your credit balance debited. If your balance is
insufficient, a reply message will be sent to you
telling you to purchase additional credits.
Tax Policy
BoomTribe collects Value Added Tax (VAT)
for sales and shipping and handling in Barbados at the
prevailing tax rate according to the Comptroller of
Customs. This will be displayed at the time of purchase. If you have questions about the tax rate on your
invoice, please contact us.

Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit
the credit card used for the original purchase. Please
allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear
on your statement. |
