Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be
returned to the mailing address below provided the
listed terms below have been followed. Items may be
returned for any other reason within 14 days from the
date of purchase with an original receipt.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of
payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any
time. A mail cheque may be issued when original form of
payment is unavailable for credit less bank charges.
A return/exchange does not serve as an original
receipt online.
Price Adjustments
BoomTribe offers a one-time price adjustment within
14 days from invoice date.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any BoomTribe purchase by mail:
- Detach the top customer portion of the return
form for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or
exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form
and note the reason why
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used
to place the order or send you a refund cheque. If
you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by
filling in the reverse side of the return form. We
will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
- Circle the name and address where we should send
the cheque or exchange. If you want it sent to a
different address, please complete the box on the
reverse side of the return form.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the
original package if possible, and include the return
form. We've provided a return label as part of the
return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we
do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
